ASHITA is a women-owned and women-led endeavor. As part of the Female Founder Collective,
ASHITA is thoroughly committed to our annual mentorship program that supports young female
interns as they transition into the workforce, and fosters close-knit global relationships between
women in various stages of their careers. Over the course of our flexible three-month long
internship initiatives, our senior team strives to impart entrepreneurial counsel and the
fundamentals of strategic marketing to our extended ASHITA family.

Our pledge to give back to our community is substantiated by our donations to Jaipur Foot.
This global organization spanning 46-countries has rehabilitated 2-million disabled patients with
free-of-charge prosthetics. A portion of all our profits is bequeathed to Jaipur Foot, allowing
them to ensure social, economic, and professional rehabilitation for their female patients.
Jaipur Foot uniquely reflects our values of transparency, commitment to diversity, and
